Your reservation includes setup, session time, breakdown, cleanup, and reset.

Please plan accordingly so that all activity is completed within your reserved time. Early entry and late departures cannot be guaranteed, particularly when bookings are scheduled back-to-back.

Private access instructions and your entry code will be provided prior to your scheduled start time.

All reservations are non-refundable, as your time is reserved exclusively for you.

Weekday reservations may be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Weekend reservations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable due to limited availability and higher demand

To preserve the beauty, artwork, and integrity of Honey Studios, we kindly ask that you treat the space with care.

The following are not permitted:

• Smoking or vaping

• Open flames or candles

• Glitter, confetti, or other difficult-to-clean materials

• Pets or animals

• Illegal activity

Our furniture, artwork, and props are intentionally curated to create a cohesive and elevated environment.

Lightweight furniture and props may be carefully repositioned and must be returned to their original placement before departure.

Stone and granite furniture or artwork may not be moved by renters. These pieces are extremely heavy and valuable and require professional handling. If your setup requires one of these pieces to be relocated, please arrange this with us in advance.

Renters are responsible for any damage to the studio, furnishings, artwork, or equipment during their reservation.

Please allow enough time within your reservation to:

• Return furniture and props to their original placement

• Smooth and straighten linens and textiles

• Remove all trash, décor, and personal belongings

• Close the door firmly upon departure

We deeply appreciate your care of Honey Studios and your help keeping the space beautiful for every guest who follows.

All renters are required to review and agree to our Studio Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver prior to accessing the studio.

By booking, the renter assumes responsibility for themselves and all guests, vendors, and participants they bring into the space, including their conduct and any damage that may occur during the reservation.

Honey Studios is not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen belongings, or items left behind.
